Ligue 1 Match Predictions 2017/18 Matchweek 1

With the new Ligue 1 season kicking off this weekend, I’ll be posting my predictions for all the matches ahead of each round. After each round of matches, I’ll update the post with the actual results and you can see if I’m a football Nostradamus or a Nostra-dumb-us.

For each correct result, I’ll award myself 10 points. If I get the scoreline correct, I’ll give myself an additional 20 points. If my chosen scorer is among the goalscorers, I’ll give myself another 20 points. Therefore the maximum points I can earn from each match is 50 points.

If you don’t follow Ligue 1, don’t worry. I’ll be doing a similar thing for the Premier League, Bundesliga, La Liga, and Serie A this season. Stay tuned.
